-Well, it's time for one of my patented mid-work naps.

Speaking of sounds, here is the peaceful sound of a napping toddler while my wife and I prepare a home-cooked meal from the sponsor of this video, Hello Fresh.

The meals take about 30 minutes to prepare which is perfect for nap time because it’s really hard to film yourself preparing lunch while chasing a toddler at the same time, especially when the photographer is 9 months pregnant.

With every step in the chain, the electrons lose a bit of their extra energy, like if our sugar-hyped toddler was taking little five-minute naps.
