I usually begin the day by journaling.
On the final morning of the Rise program, I walked to a mountain top with the guys who sat and journaled for a while as the sun rose.
And what we found is that when people prayed, we see more health and well-being benefits than the journaling the gratitude, or journaling and reading it aloud to a person.
