I really like brunch, which is that sort of in between breakfast and lunch – maybe 10:00.

So, from ingestion to digestion to absorption, we’ve officially followed my breakfast as it was propelled through my digestive system.

And there’s no better way to get to know it than to follow the avocado toast I had for breakfast.
