This design starts with installation of a steel pipe below the ground with access vaults spaced along the way.

The conductors are pulled through the steel pipe using massive winches and then spliced together at each vault.

Once the building is safely supported, each pile will be enclosed in a concrete vault below the ground, everything will be backfilled, and the sidewalks will be replaced.
