We have some pineapple juice, coconut cream, some ice, and then to garnish we have some pineapples and some cherries, and then some cute little umbrellas, too, to just Yeah, put on top.

We got about an hour before doors open, get ready for service, do any final tastings, any final garnish work, and make sure the stations are set the way they need to be for service.
