Other airlines have tried to speed things up by ditching assigned seating altogether, assuming that passengers naturally spread out, easing congestion.

The airline has two options: one to check you into hotel overlooking the terminal, or maybe organize a Turkish tea-making workshop.

So why don't airlines use it?
