Where can you get the best pint of Guinness in London?

-Secretary Hegseth, can I get you your usual -- a shot of beer with a, uh, pint of whiskey dropped into it?

That used to frustrate me, because I'd have to sit there and listen to their...what I thought was a fairly dull day, you know, over a pint.
