That’s the answer to the title of this video, but it’s not very satisfying on its own.
Performing tasks that feel right in the moment— or that you find a meaningful, interesting, or satisfying— are driven by intrinsic motivation.
Our experiences may not have affected the strength of our longing for love; but they have heavily impacted our capacity to endure mutually satisfying relationships.
